Residents speeding on our roads

In the last couple of days I have been contacted by several neighbours who are very concerned about excessive speeding on our roads.

The speed limit is 20mph.

Now that the days are longer and the weather is improving, more children will be out on their bikes, scooters etc after school and at the weekends.

There is little we can do about visitors to the Camp apart from wave them down (which I do!) but it has been noted that certain offenders are residents, in particular one driving a white 4×4 – possibly a Jeep. And of course, personalised number plates are a give-away.

So in response to their requests, I am sending out this email asking for drivers to slow down.
