This is your chance to have your say in the Local Plan Process. The Local Plan will be looking at key issues such as housing, employment and business needs and where these needs can be developed. As part of this process, parcels of Green Belt land will be considered as an option to accommodate these needs. South Bucks District Council has put forward suggested Green Belt areas to be tested in the Gerrards Cross area as shown on the map below. It is vital that Gerrards Cross residents read the Local Plan and respond to the consultation. It will be too late after ‘the horse has bolted’. The closing date is 14th March 2016.
